Today two messages come to my email. Both are from DHL (courrier delivery service) and has same email body. Here is the body of email:

Both attachments are compressed in .zip format. After open the compressed file, there is a file using the same name, but using different format, it is .exe file.

File deleted

What is mean?
Is DHL try to sent virus to me? --> Why?

Easy Casserole

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
• 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
• 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup

DIRECTIONS
----------------

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, place the turkey and sauté for 5 to 10 minutes, or until browned.
3. Place the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish, cover with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then layer the cream-style corn over the potatoes, top with the browned turkey meat, and then top with the tomato soup.
4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes.

The Republic of Iceland

Praying Mantis

Mantodea or mantises is an order of insects which contains approximately 2,200 species in 9 families worldwide in temperate and tropical habitats. Most of the species are in the family Mantidae. Historically, the term "mantid" was used to refer to any member of the order because for most of the past century, only one family was recognized within the order; technically, however, the term only refers to this one family, meaning the species in the other eight recently-established families are not mantids, by definition (i.e., they are empusids, or hymenopodids, etc.), and the term "mantises" should be used when referring to the entire order. A colloquial name for the order is "praying mantises", because of the typical "prayer-like" stance.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 80 ml/1/3 cup olive oil
• 60 ml/1/4 cup tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 910g/2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
• skewers

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, stir together the garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, and red wine vinegar. Season with basil, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp to the bowl, and stir until evenly coated. Cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring once or twice.
2. Preheat grill for medium heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Discard marinade.
3. Lightly oil grill grate. Cook shrimp on preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque.

Baked Potato Skins

INGREDIENTS

• 4 large baking potatoes, baked
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
• 170g/1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
• 4 green onions, sliced
• 155g/1/2 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving a 1/4-in. shell (save pulp for another use). Place potatoes skins on a greased baking sheet. Combine oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper; brush over both sides of skins. Bake at 475 degrees F/240 degrees C for 7 minutes; turn. Bake until crisp, about 7 minutes more. Sprinkle bacon and cheddar cheese inside skins. Bake 2 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions. Serve immediately.
